Floral skirts are a lovely way to feel the spring. I personally like to pair my floral skirts with a basic top and some nice ballet flats. In this picture I paired a pink crop top with a floral skirt and a pair of black platform shoes from Forever 21. The outfit is accompanied by a cute pink backpack and a cosmetic bag. The outfit is complete with a hint of rose parfume.
