MY SCRUMPTIOUS LATE SUMMER BANANA BREAD

Scroll down to see how I made this super easy and delicious banana bread.

I will be using: Mixing bowl, measuring cup, towel or baking glove, parchment paper, spatula, and my 9x5-inch baking pan.
*Obviously, not every banana bread mix requires the same measurements and ingredients, so be sure to follow your purchased bread mixes instructions.

My ingredients are: Oil, 2 eggs, butter, and my quick
banana bread mix

Next, I grease the baking pan and line it with parchment paper.

I add 2 eggs

Next, I add 1/3 cup (75 ml) of oil and 1 cup (250 ml) of water

I add the banana bread mix that I purchased and stir everything together until all the ingredients are blended.

I pour my batter into my prepared 9X5-inch baking pan and bake it for approx. 55 minutes.

Voila, its finished!!

The cake has been cooling down for 20 minutes, and now I am cutting it into equal pieces.

I like to eat my Banana bread with a glass of fresh, cold milk.
